Option 1. Editing content of your newsletter

You may  have something drafted up, but do not have the time nor the skillset to edit the content. When you send your draft to us, an editor will read through this and assist with any typos, punctuation and grammar that needs cleaning up. We can also make amendments to any changes you need and provide you with suggestions on how to reach your audience – whether they are staff, clients/customers or both.

Once returned, you can add this content to your email template (Mailchimp, Gmail, Outlook, etc), and know that what you are sending is professional, concise and true to your business’ brand.

If you would like your newsletter distributed digitally via your email address, we can format this as a pdf file with your provided images and chosen layout, which can then be sent to your targeted audience on your distribution list.

If you already have an email template or use services such as Mailchimp, we will send you the edited content in a Word document (minus the images), allowing you to set up your written content how you like on your chosen template.

 

One of the great things about this service is it does not have to be a one-off. Whether it is a weekly, fortnightly or monthly newsletter, we can continue this service for as long it is required.

Option 2. Writing content for your newsletter (Copywriting)

As business owners, we do not always have the time to put together a newsletter as often as we like – if at all. For others, it can be a challenge knowing where to even start, especially if newsletters are going to be a new form of communication from your business. This is where Pen to Print can help.

We offer a FREE* online/phone 30-minute initial consultation, where we learn more about your business, your brand and what kind of language or ‘vibe’ you want to send. This can differ between clients/customers and staff, so getting it just right is crucial.

If you would like your newsletter distributed digitally via your email address, we can format this as a pdf file with your provided images and chosen layout, which can then be sent to your targeted audience on your distribution list.

The services we offer are editing and writing content for your business newsletter. Depending on the option chosen, we can incorporate provided images into your newsletter. All editing is performed using Microsoft Word, which can be uploaded to your chosen email template or be converted into a pdf, depending on your needs.
