Pen to Print was created from a passion and drive for helping, educating and encouraging writers of all forms and genres. Writing can be tough and sharing your work can be daunting. As a published author and illustrator, I know what it’s like to put your heart and soul into something you’ve worked hard on, only to have it torn to shreds or lose its voice and meaning through the editing process – and with little to no help or support on how to improve the writing!

It doesn’t have to be this way.

​

I have spent over fifteen years working in different areas of the publishing industry, with my focus being on the benefits to the author and their work. I have run and participated in successful writing workshops for new and experienced authors, edited over 250 books, and have had several publications of my own. I have assisted authors in developing their unique voice as well as educating them on the crucial aspects of writing and publishing.

If you’re looking for someone to guide and support you on your writing adventure – and maybe teach you a thing or two along the way – look no further. I offer comprehensive manuscript assessments, editing (copyediting, content and structural) and proofreading; everything to help you from pen to print. 

 

By mid-2022 I will be offering one-on-one mentoring catered to a writer's specific project, with details to follow early next year. All genres, styles and manuscript types are welcome.

For those of you seeking business assistance, you will find services and pricing via the Business Help page from January 2022. This will include content editing for your website, advertising and marketing material, and business newsletters for staff and clients.
